Seaford, DE- Delaware State Police have identified the victims of the fatal motor vehicle collision on January 6, 2022 on Atlanta Rd. As Hope Glasgow, 14, from Seaford, and his brother, Nathan Glasgow, 7, from Seaford.

The Delaware State Police Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate the fatal collision.
